Dr. Taylor Pope, and Staff
History of the Practice
Dr. Pope is a native of Washington, North Carolina. She attended East Carolina University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science. During her undergraduate years, she worked as a dental assistant with a mobile dental clinic serving eastern North Carolina. It was through this experience that she discovered her passion for dentistry and the meaningful relationships that come from caring for patients.
She continued her education at the East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine, earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in June 2019. Shortly after graduation, she joined our practice and quickly became a familiar face to so many families in our community.
In July 2021, Dr. Pope proudly purchased the practice from Dr. Ned Craft, continuing a tradition of compassionate, hometown dental care while introducing new technology, expanding services, and continually investing in the patient experience. Over the past five years, she has remained committed to providing high-quality, personalized dental care with honesty, integrity, and kindness.
Dr. Pope is grateful for the trust our patients place in her and for the incredible team that makes our office feel like home each day. She looks forward to serving this wonderful community for many years to come.
